In the aftermath of the floods that occurred recently, under the guidance of the Ratnapura Agrarian Development Assistant Commissioner to provide relief to our beloved people who were displaced, under the leadership and guidance of the Kalthota Agrarian Development Regional Officer, with the contribution of all officers of the institution, all farmer organizations and women farmer organizations in the division, as well as a large number of people, approximately 05 tons of rice, dry food, medicine, new clothes, drinking water bottles, sanitary items, school supplies and books, infant milk powder and food items, along with other essential goods were personally delivered by us on the 6th to families and individuals displaced in the Hanguranketha, Walapane and Nildandahinna areas.
